Here’s a beautiful piece of artwork by Jon Onion. It’s “Jaydreamin,” an 11”x14” unframed piece that shows a young boy in a blue tank top, sitting on top of a basketball, staring at the place where basketball dreams come true. Maybe he’s dreaming of one day playing college basketball? Maybe he’ll grow up to be a Jayhawk? Whenever you see a college basketballer, you have to remember some other player inspired them along the way. And the Jayhawks have had many inspiring players over the years, for sure.
